Ingredients:
- mackerel - 550 g;
- onion - 55 g;
- garlic - 5 teeth;
- red ground pepper - 5 g;
- vinegar 9% - 25 ml;
- vegetable oil - 45 ml;
- coriander ground - 5 g;
- a handful of green parsley;
- salt - 15 g.
Preparation
- Peel the fish, peel the fillets and cut them into cubes.
- Transfer the fish into a glass bowl, pour vinegar and marinate for a couple of hours.
- Peeled onions, cut into half rings, chop garlic and greens.
- Remove the marinated fish, put it into another dish and cover with a layer of onion, garlic and greens, then season.
- Heat the oil, add the red pepper and remove the frying pan from the fire.
- Pour the fish with hot oil, mix the ingredients and serve in half an hour to the table.
Red fish in Korean

Preparation
