Mushrooms are washed under running water, dried and cut into large pieces. Onions with carrots are cut into medium cubes. Pre-prepared fillets cut into pieces of the same size as mushrooms. We spread it on a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry until red, then add onions and carrots, continue frying over a small fire. Then we pour out the mushrooms, and after another 5 minutes we fill everything with broth, salt, pepper, rash a little dried greens, mix and cook under the lid for about 15 minutes. In the meantime, sour cream is mixed with tomato paste, add water, flour, carefully kneaded so that there are no lumps, and pour this mixture into a frying pan. Extinguish another 10 minutes, after which you can turn off - goulash from chicken with mushrooms is ready.
