So, the sink is washed, dried, peeled and cut into small pieces. Then add cognac to them and mix. Starch diluted with cold water, pour the mixture into a bowl with plums and stir well. Now we take a heat-resistant form and lay out on the bottom a fruit layer of plums. From the top, spread evenly raspberries and sprinkle with sugar. Now go to cooking crumbs. For this purpose we measure the necessary quantity of flour and sift it. Nuts are cleaned and not very finely cut with a knife.

Then we combine the flour, oat flakes, nuts and ground cinnamon in a bowl. Add the cold creamy butter and mix everything until the crumb is formed. After that, put it on the filling and lightly press the spoon. We send plum crumble to the oven heated up to 180 degrees and bake for about 45 minutes. We serve the dish warm, with whipped cream or a vanilla ice cream ball.

Mix the flour with the oil in a bowl and change everything with hands to the state of crumbs. Then add sugar, add ginger and pieces of chopped chocolate. We mix everything thoroughly. Plums are cleaned from the bones, cut large and put on the bottom of the baking dish. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon and spread evenly a layer of crumbs. We send the crumble to the hot oven for about 40 minutes.

Plums without pits and cut into pieces of pears we put in a deep saucepan, fill it with sugar, pour in water and cook on low heat for 10 minutes, until soft. Then we shift the fruit mixture into a baking dish and cover it with a layer of crumb. For its preparation, mix oat flakes, granulated sugar, coconut chips and melted oil. Bake the crab for 20 minutes, until cooked.
