To prepare this delicacy we will need the most primitive set of components, which can be found in the kitchen of every mistress at any time. For the test, we break into the bowl chicken eggs, add salt to them, add vodka and stir until homogeneous. Now we sift the flour into a liquid base and knead the dough. Its texture should be absolutely not sticky and dense enough. We give him twenty or thirty minutes to ripen under a towel and proceed to the dressing.

We separate small portions from the total coma, roll them out until we get a layer about three millimeters thick and cut each into strips about five to seven millimeters wide, which in turn are divided into fragments about two centimeters long. You can optionally create not brusochki, and squares from the test, in this case, the grinding will need a little more time.

Now fry the resulting blocks (cubes) in small portions in a red-hot sunflower-free oil to a beautiful blush, and then extract it to a dish, woven with napkins or a paper towel, and let it cool down and soak in the fat.

In the meantime, we connect honey and granulated sugar in a scoop, place it on a moderate fire and warm it up, stirring, almost to a boil, but try not to allow the syrup to boil. Pour the hot sweet mass into a container with fried dough pieces and gently but thoroughly mix. Now put the substance on an oiled or moistened plate with a slide and let it freeze in the refrigerator.

The present recipe for dessert chak-chak is far from classical. In this case, pouring instead of sugar syrup with honey will be condensed milk, and the dough is prepared somewhat differently. But the result is delicious and appetizing in its own way.

Initially, whisk a little with sugar and a pinch of salt of chicken eggs, then add butter melted and chilled, and pour in water or milk and stir. Now we sift the wheat flour to the liquid components and produce a knead of a dense, not sticky dough that rolls into a ball and leave the minutes under the towel for thirty minutes.

We divide the distilled dough exactly the same way as in the previous recipe, rolled it and cut it into oblong brusochki. Now warm up in a suitable vessel sunflower without flavor oil and lay it in small portions of the workpiece. After they are browned, spread them for a while on a paper towel, and then put in a bowl.

Fill the ready cooled chopped dough fragments with condensed milk, gently mix and put on a dish slide.
