In a bowl, mix thyme flour, 2 teaspoons of salt, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, black pepper, dried garlic and white pepper. Separately mix a glass of water, or milk with one egg.

For cranberry mousse, the ready berry puree is mixed with mustard, honey, thyme and vinegar. If you do not know how to make a berry puree, then it is enough just to scald the berries, or boil them literally 40-60 seconds, and then rub the mass through a sieve.

Sliced ​​fillet cut into portions and fry in deep-frying, first dipping meat first into a mixture of eggs and milk, and then roll in flour with spices. The ready chicken is first dipped with paper towels, and then served to the table.
