We recommend using pencil to put on the fabric the approximate contours of lilac bunches.

So, start to embroider with lilac ribbons step by step:

  1. Put the tissue in the embroidery frame. We deduce on the front side 2 needles - one with a thread, the second - with a tape.
  2. For convenience, you can pull the tape out of the needle. And here we make the second needle with a thread on the tape stitches in the following order: two stitches along, one across, two again along, then one across.
  3. Pulling the thread, pulling the tape into the assembly - we get a pretty voluminous flower of lilac. The needle and thread should be removed to the wrong side and make a knot to fix the thread.
  4. Now it is again necessary to withdraw to the front side of the fabric and again make stitches on the tape in the same sequence as before. By the way, fixing the thread on the wrong side must be repeated after embroidering each flower.
  5. In such a simple technique of embroidering lilac with ribbons, you need to make two or three (or more - if desired) bunches of beautiful bush flowers, and of different colors. This process is not complicated, but it will take some time from you. Please note that when the ribbon is finished or you need to change the color, on the wrong side, you need to fix the thread with the tape.
  6. However, knowledge of how to embroider with lilac ribbons will be small. Agree, the picture should be decorated and add to its completeness. If desired, to lush "flowering" of the gentle lilac, you can add and leaflets, cutting them from a green ribbon and treating the edge with a cigarette lighter.
  7. We suggest "putting" the lilacs in the basket. To do this, you first need to make horizontal stitches. And then, weaving, embroider vertical stitches in staggered order.
  8. It remains to pull the work on the frame and hang it in a prominent place!
