Of course, the most suitable for us is yogurt from normal milk of medium fat content (better than a village spill, but proven). Quick dough for pizza sour milk - recipe

Mix in a bowl of yogurt with eggs, add oil, salt and soda. Gradually sift the flour into a bowl, achieving the desired consistency of the dough. Stir thoroughly so that there are no lumps (it is convenient to do this with a fork, whisk or mixer). If desired, add the other ingredients to the pancake dough. It is better not to fry them in oil, but a stove, for this, plentifully grease the heated frying pan with a slice of lard (those who do not like pork, can use poultry fat or other animals, and also ghee).

The dough for pancakes in curdled milk can be cooked approximately the same (the ingredients see above), but it should be even more liquefied than on pancakes, so you need less flour, you can also eliminate eggs.

Yeast dough for yogurt - recipe for pies, patties, rolls

In a bowl with curdled milk, add sugar, salt, 2-3 tbsp. spoons of flour and yeast. We put the container in a warm place for about 20 minutes. When the opara is suitable, add the sifted flour and mix the dough well, roll it in a com, cover it with a towel and put it in the heat until the volume increases approximately 2 times. We knead the dough, mix it and put it in the heat for another 20 minutes, knead it, stir it and start making pies-buns. You can include in the ingredients for the test 50-100 g of butter or sour cream.
