Preparation
In a deep bowl, combine all the ingredients except boiling water and beat the mixer until smooth. Then pour in a glass of boiling water and whisk again for half a minute. As a result, we get a fairly liquid dough. Baking tray or baking dish is smeared with vegetable oil and poured out the resulting liquid mass. Bake in preheated pre-180 degrees oven for forty minutes, and let it cool down a bit.
Now cut the biscuit cubes, about one and a half to two centimeters in size, each dipped in impregnation, which is prepared from sour cream with the addition of granulated sugar, whipping a little with a mixer, and folded in layers in a suitable shape, covered with food film. We put in the refrigerator for three or four hours, or better at night. Then we turn the shape, remove the food film and decorate it at our discretion. You can pour the remaining sweet sour cream or make chocolate icing.
Lenten cherry-chocolate cake
Ingredients:
- flour - 2 cups;
- cherry frozen - 420 g;
- granulated sugar - 0.5 cup;
- honey - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- cocoa powder - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- vegetable oil - 100 ml;
- Vanilla sugar - 1 packet;
- baking powder - 1,5 tsp.
