Ingredients:
- pork ribs - 1200 g;
- onion - 110 g;
- Bulgarian pepper - 80 g;
- garlic - 3 small denticles;
- potatoes - 825 g;
- saffron - 1/2 tsp;
- paprika - 1 teaspoon;
- white wine (always dry) - 225 ml.
Preparation
First, heat the multivarker in the "Baking" mode, and pour the vegetable oil into the container. As soon as it warms up, lightly fry the ribs on it and add to the meat small slices of potatoes and a half-ring of onion and bell pepper. Then add the chopped garlic. - onion - 125 g;
- sour cream fat (at least 20%) - 115 g;
