Dorada (Dorado) or in another way redfish is an amazing fish that lives in the Mediterranean. It has tender white meat, exquisite aroma and delicious sweetish taste. This fish has almost no bones, and its meat contains many useful microelements and vitamins, which have a positive effect on the body. Cooking dorado can be different - fry, stew, cook, bake.

Dorada, baked in foil, will perfectly decorate any festive dinner. The finished dish is perfectly combined with olives and white wine sauce. But for garnish better to cook boiled rice or baked vegetables.

Bulgarian pepper and tomatoes carefully mine and dried with a towel. At peppers we delete all seeds and a core, we cut by strias. We clean the onions and cut them together with tomatoes and ginger. Pour a little olive oil into the frying pan, reheat and spread the cut vegetables. Fry for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Season with salt, pepper and mix well.

Now take the fish, remove all the insides and rinse. Cut off the foil sheet, add it in half, lubricate one half with vegetable oil and put it in a baking dish. We spread the vegetables and fish, so that the tomatoes are inserted into the gill slits of the fish. From the top we cover everything with the second half of the foil and send it to the preheated oven to 200 ° C for 25 minutes.

After the dorado baked in the oven is almost ready, insert the wooden toothpicks into the back fins, and leave it until the fish is completely baked. This dish turns out very tasty, acquires a marvelous aroma, and thanks to baked vegetables it will be an excellent option for a full hearty supper.
