Bread soup

Sometimes in our farm there are pieces of bread and bakery products. Of course, they should not be thrown away, you can dry the crackers (in the oven on a baking sheet or simply, spread out on a tray). Such breadcrumbs can simply be gnawed, grinded for breading and adding to various dishes or cook kvass from them, or even different soups.

Baltic bread soup with cheese and green onions

In the plate or soup cup we put the desired portion of crackers. Top with abundant sprinkled with grated cheese, mixed with finely chopped green onions. Fill with boiling broth. Season with dry ground spices. You can add a tablespoon of sour cream or cream. If you want to make soup even more nutritious, you can add a little ham, smoked bacon or brisket, cut into short thin strips or small cubes. Under this soup can serve a glass of strong tincture and a glass of fresh beer.

Cold bread cream soup

Crackers grind in one convenient way or another. Fill with kefir, add sour cream or cream. Add grated or sliced ​​very finely cheese and chopped herbs and garlic. Season with hot red pepper.

Sweet bread cream soup for dessert

We rub the croutons and fill them with a mixture of milk (you can warm it up a little) with sour cream or cream. We add honey and berries. Can be slightly flavored with vanilla. When not season berries, you can use candied berries, jam, as well as raisins and other dried fruits instead of honey and fresh berries (only they must be boiled first, wait 10 minutes and rinse). For the satiety, you can add fresh cottage cheese (we break it with a fork).

Such soups, definitely, like children, and perhaps adults as a good option for a summer breakfast, lunch or snack.
