After that, spread the chicken, cover the frying pan with a lid, hold for 3 minutes and turn off the fire.

Now let's start cooking couscous. In different grades there are differences in the preparation, which, as a rule, are described on the package. Therefore, we pour as much broth into the pan as necessary, and cook the croup according to the instructions. Often you need to take the amount of water equal to the weight of the cereal. In our case, you need 200 g of broth. We add black pepper to it in taste and put it on the fire. As soon as the liquid boils, pour couscous. Literally seconds after 30 remove the saucepan from the fire and mix the fork with the fork. In 3 minutes We put the saucepan on a minimal fire and add the butter that is left.
