Pink salmon with vegetables

Gorbusha is a valuable, tasty and healthy commercial fish from the family of the Lososovs. Cooking pink salmon is possible in many different ways, but it can be argued that it will best be combined with vegetables. In the market we choose a beautiful fresh or fresh-frozen fish with clear eyes with shiny scales and a normal fishy smell, as well as fresh vegetables.

Recipe for pink salmon baked with vegetables in the oven

Gutted, scraped and washed with cold water fish. The gills are removed, the head can be cut off on the ear. From inside we rub the fish with ground spices and slightly salted. We put in the belly chopped garlic, bell pepper and twigs of greens. We put the fish in a fire-resistant ceramic mold.

The courgettes are cut along and choose the core, the "boats" are obtained. Sweet peppers, tomatoes, the core of zucchini, garlic and greens finely chopped or cut and mixed. Fill this mixture with halves of courgettes ("boats") and lay out next to the fish. Tighten the foil. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of about 200 degrees C, then remove the foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle the fish with lemon juice. We serve with light pink or white wine. You can also serve young boiled potatoes and fresh sliced ​​cucumbers.

Fried pink salmon with vegetables is cooked very quickly, so this dish can be considered quite healthy.

Pink salmon roasted with vegetables

Peeled onions cut into thin semicircles, sweet peppers and zucchini - short straws. Broccoli we will disassemble into small kocheshki. Fry the chopped vegetables in oil in a deep frying pan on medium-high or high heat for 5-8 minutes. We constantly shake the frying pan and mix it with a spatula. Add the pieces of salmon fillet to the frying pan and fry for another 3-5 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon juice and sprinkle with chopped herbs and garlic. Serve with rice and soy sauce.

Inside these "boats" we lay long strips of pink salmon fillets, strips of sweet pepper, chopped garlic and twigs of greens. We wrap each filled "boat" in foil, place the bundles on a baking sheet and bake in an oven at a temperature of about 180-200 degrees C for about 25 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle with lemon juice. Wonderful dietary dish turned out. We serve with boiled friable rice, potatoes or young string beans.
