Eggs are poured with water and put on fire, after boiling, cook for 10 minutes, then boil the boiling water, and fill the eggs with cold water. We clean them, cut them into 4 parts and put them into the blender bowl. Grind the eggs to medium crumbs. It is important not to overdo it, so that egg whites do not turn out. The green of parsley is good for mine, it is dried and finely chopped into small pieces. The washed lemon is cut in half and squeezed out juice from each half. In the dry saucepan we put butter, put on medium heat and melt the butter, stirring, so it does not burn. Now reduce the fire and proceed directly to the preparation of the sauce. As soon as the oil boils, add crushed parsley and eggs to it. By taste, add salt and pour out lemon juice. Stir well and boil the sauce over a low heat for about 3 minutes. At the same time, you constantly need to stir it. After the specified time, the sauté pan is removed from the fire and as soon as the Polish fish sauce has cooled, pour it into the saucepan and put it on the table.

Sour cream sauce for fish

On a dry frying pan dry the flour a little, add sour cream, stir well, bring to a boil. Season it with ground black pepper, salt to taste and turn off the fire. The sauce is ready.

The whole apple is baked until soft in a microwave oven or oven. Skin and internals we remove and grind the apple mass to homogeneity. In the resulting apple puree we add salt, pepper, French mustard and grind it all. In order to get a more liquid consistency, add olive oil. And at the very end we pour in juice of half a lemon. A great sauce for fried fish is ready!

Chop garlic, onions, ginger and fry minutes 2 in vegetable oil, stirring. We combine vinegar, soy sauce, sherry, sugar, ketchup, orange juice in a small saucepan. We bring the mass to a boil. Starch is mixed with water and pour the mixture into a saucepan. Add the fried vegetables, bring the mass to a boil and turn off the fire, since the sweet and sour sauce for the fish is ready!

Lemon sauce for fish

In the saucepan, pour in 30 ml of fish broth, add mustard and yolks. Grind the mixture well until smooth. Then we add the lemon slice and lemon juice cut into small pieces. The next sauce again stir well. Pour the rest of the broth, add pepper, sugar, salt and put on a small fire on the stove. After the mass warms up, pour in the white wine and bring to a boil. After boiling, carefully pour in the cream and heat again, but you do not need to bring it to a boil. And further, if desired - you can strain the finished sauce, and you can leave it as it is. Lemon sauce perfectly emphasizes the natural taste of fish and not a bit of it does not interrupt.
