Cutlets with rice

Rice is one of the most versatile products, perfectly combined with all kinds of meat and fish. You can serve boiled rice for meat or fish cutlets as a side dish, or you can make cutlets with rice. Such cutlets are perfect for a daily menu as one of the dishes of a family lunch or dinner.

Recipe for cutlets with rice and minced meat

Rinse carefully with cold running water and cook for 8-12 minutes (depending on the rice), without stirring. Salt the excess water. Rice should be almost cooked. While the rice is cooling off, grind the peeled bulb in any convenient way (knife, combine, meat grinder). Mix the minced meat, onion, egg and rice. Add spices to your liking (in principle, you can get by with black pepper), a little salting. We combine the consistency of the stuffing with flour. With wet hands we form cutlets.

You can fry them in a frying pan on both sides. Better yet, cook such cutlets for a couple or bake in the oven. We spread the fat with the fat, spread the cutlets and bake for about 25-30 minutes. Of course, healthier methods of heat treatment are preferable. Cutlets with rice can be served without garnish, but the greens do not hurt. It is also good to cook some vegetable salad.

You can cook chicken cutlets with rice. All proportions are the same as in the recipe given above, only minced meat should be made from chicken meat. Cutlets from chicken minced meat are better formed and are made even lighter.

Season with spices and a little salting. Add some flour. We form fish cutlets with wet hands. Now you can boil for a couple, bake or fry. And you can fry the finely chopped onions and add the tomato paste and a little water. You can put out a little fried cutlets in this mixture - it will be delicious.
