Broccoli baked in the oven with cheese
Ingredients:
- butter - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- flour - half a century;
- milk - 2 ½ items;
- salt pepper;
- onion - 1/2 pcs .;
- grated hard cheese - 100 g;
- cream - 1/4 of a century;
- broccoli - 1 head;
- garlic - 1 clove;
- grated "Parmesan" - 100 g.
Preparation
We chop the onion and fry until golden brown.
In the saucepan, melt the butter and fry it on the flour for about 2 minutes, stirring regularly. Gradually pour the cream to the flour and beat the sauce with a whisk until the lumps are eliminated. Cook the sauce until thick, not forgetting to season with salt and pepper. At the end of cooking, mix the sauce with the fried onions and grated "Parmesan".
In a saucepan, boil water, salt and cook broccoli in it, disassembled on the inflorescence, about 2 minutes. We spread the infused inflorescences into a baking dish and pour the sauce over it. - frozen broccoli - 300 g;
- fillets of white fish - 500 g;

- milk - half a century;
- grated hard cheese - 1 item;
- nutmeg - pinch;
- bread breading - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- butter - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- flour - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- salt, pepper - to taste.
Preparation
Broccoli is cooked until ready and put in a baking dish. Over the broccoli we lay pieces of fish fillets, without bones, or skin.
We prepare the cream sauce according to the familiar scheme: we melt butter in the saucepan, fry flour until golden, stirring constantly the flour, pour milk and cream into the saucepan, whisk everything to homogeneity.
Thus, you can cook not only fish, but also potatoes, or pork with broccoli in the oven, though beforehand, both meat and potatoes will have to be fried until ready. A ready-made dish is appropriate for both a holiday and a weekday.
