Vegetables are cleaned and crushed, fry in vegetable oil in the "Bake" mode until golden brown. Next, add peeled shrimp, chopped garlic and spices. The last in the cup multivarka is rice, and water (in a ratio of 1: 2). It only remains to turn on the "Pilaf" mode and enjoy a delicious dish after the sound signal.

Next we add rice and one ladle of broth, we translate the multivark into the "Pilaf" mode and cook until all the liquid is evaporated, as soon as it happens - we add more broth and wait again. We repeat the procedure until the whole broth is consumed. Note that the ready risotto must be liquid and viscous, not stuck together, but resembling liquid milk porridge. At this stage, the risotto can be salted and flavored with Parmesan cheese. Eat immediately, with a heat with a heat.
