For their preparation, the washed and dried fillet of chicken breast is cut into small slices, with a side dimension not more than one centimeter. We remove the bulb from the husks and shredder even finer. Some landladies chop the vegetable with a blender or even turn the bulbs through a meat grinder. But the original recipe requires cutting them with a sharp knife, so the products are juicier.

We combine meat and onion mass in a bowl, add classic mayonnaise Provencal, we savor the mass to taste with salt and pepper (preferably freshly ground) and send it under the lid to the refrigerator shelf for a day. Long marinating the basis of cutlets is a pledge of their stunning, rich and delicate taste.

Before frying, drive into the container with a piece of chicken eggs, pour in the flour, mix and set the pan to warm, splashing some refined sunflower oil into it. We make and bake chopped cutlets in the manner of traditional pancakes, applying a lot of spoon and browning from two sides.

The fillet of chicken breast for the preparation of cutlets can be turned through a meat grinder with a large grate, but it is better to still cut the meat into cubes, as in the previous case. We chop a thinly peeled bulb and hard cheese, mix everything in a bowl with meat, infuse kefir, add crushed garlic cloves, salt, pepper, coriander and thyme, pour one spoonful of flour and mix the mass carefully. We cover the container with a lid and place it on the shelf of the refrigerator for at least a couple of hours, and preferably for a day.

Getting frying, pour the rest of the flour, drive in the egg and mix the mass thoroughly. Fry meatballs, like pancakes, browning from two sides.

The fillet of the breast is grinded in a meat grinder, mixed with soaked in milk and well-pressed crumb from white loaf, add spices and salt, stir and if necessary (if the stuffing turned out too wet), pour in the flour and stir again. Now minced properly beat, and canned pineapple grind with a blender and proceed to the design of cutlets. We form cakes of minced meat, fill them with pineapple filling, we give the products the shape of the loaves, bread them in breadcrumbs and lay them in an oiled baking dish.
