Cranberries are sorted, washed, thrown back to a colander, and then we rub them with a blender. We put the resulting mashed potatoes in a jar, pour it with vodka and close tightly. Leave the days for 10, but do not forget to mix it every day. Then filter. In the saucepan pour out the sugar, pour the water, stir and bring to a boil over low heat. When the sugar dissolves, boil the syrup for about 10 minutes. Now the syrup is cooled and poured into the previously obtained tincture. Mix well and clean in a cool place. The drink will be ready for use the next day. And if you have the patience to wait another couple of weeks, then the taste of cranberry tincture cooked at home will become even better - more intense and nobler.

Berries of cranberries are filled with boiling water and leave for 5 minutes. Berries will become soft, and some even break. We merge the water, add sugar to the berries and rub them all until a homogeneous mass. The resulting mixture is poured with alcohol and in a warm place we leave the clock at 12. After that, we pour the tincture into a saucepan and heat the mass only until the sugar dissolves - it is not necessary to boil, so that alcohol does not evaporate. So, now the tincture is cooled, filtered and poured into a bottle - the drink is completely ready for use. But it comes out strong enough. If you want to get something weaker, then tincture to your taste should be diluted with water.
