Pour the semolina into the kefir and leave it to swell for 15-20 minutes. Soft butter beat with sugar and a pinch of salt into the white air mass, after which we start one by one to inject the eggs until they are completely blended. We connect the manga with eggs beaten with butter and add dry ingredients: sifted flour with baking powder and cocoa powder.

In the dough, add slices of halva and pour it into a greased form. We bake chocolate manicure on kefir with halva 1 hour at 180 degrees. You can serve dessert with sugar powder, cocoa powder, chocolate chips or simply melted chocolate.

Mix the semolina with sugar and pour warm water. Leave the croup to swell for about 30 minutes, then add the vegetable oil, baking powder and cocoa powder. Homogenous dough is complemented with flour and mix well.

Cut apples into large pieces and put them in a saucepan with melted butter. From above, we fill the fruit with sugar and caramelize, stirring, for 10 minutes. We introduce apples into the dough, and afterwards we pour it into a baking dish, it is cooked at 180 degrees 30 minutes.

If you are preparing a chocolate mannik in a multivarker, then set the "Baking" mode and cooking time - 50 minutes, then turn the dish to the other side and prolong the cooking for another 20 minutes.

In addition to apples, you can add a variety of dried fruits, such as raisins, dried apricots, or you can make a lean chocolate mannick with prunes, candied fruits or pieces of chocolate. Limits are set only by your imagination.
