We start preparing the dough for the classic Zebra cake with whipping eggs with sugar. We achieve clarification of the mass and increase it in volume. After that, we introduce a little sour cream of room temperature into the sweet egg mass and melted and cooled butter and continue to beat a little more. Now we sift the flour into the mixture and stir until the texture of the dough is homogeneous without impurities of flour flakes. His consistency should resemble dense sour cream. We divide the received mass into two portions and into one of them we interpose the cocoa powder. Now level the density of the dough, adding a little flour to the first light portion.

In an oiled split form for baking, first lay out three and a half tablespoons of light weight, and on top of it gently pour out three tablespoons of dark. Next, reduce the portion of each test by half a spoon and form the whole cake. In doing so, we recommend that you shake the dough a little from the spoon, as it is thick enough and it will be difficult to make a beautiful cake differently. If the proportions and technology of the process are observed correctly, the last will be a dark chocolate dough laid out in the center in the volume of one tablespoon.

Now you should bake the cake in the oven. To do this, warm it up to 165 degrees beforehand and set the timer for one hour. In the first thirty minutes, it is not recommended to open the oven door to avoid settling the cake.

After full cooling and subsequent cooling of the cake in the refrigerator, we cover it with chocolate icing. To do this, mix the granulated sugar with cocoa powder and combine the dry mixture with milk. We heat the mass on fire to a boil, wait for the characteristic bubbling, and then remove it from the fire, let it cool down a little. We mix the butter and cover the resulting mass of the surface of the cake. In the end, we cut the dessert with coconut shavings or grated white chocolate.

As in the previous recipe, we begin to beat the eggs with sugar before puffing. When using domestic eggs, add a pinch of salt at the same time to neutralize their specific odor. Then we add the yogurt in a thin trickle, making sure that it is necessarily at room temperature. Now we throw a pinch of vanillin or vanilla sugar, pour the melted and cooled at room temperature butter, pour the sifted flour and baking powder and gently stir until a homogeneous mass is obtained. We divide it into two portions, one of which is filled with cocoa powder, gently intervening with a spoon or spatula.

Now put the light and dark dough alternately in an oiled form and bake the cake until ready in heated to 185 degrees oven. This will take an average of forty-five to sixty minutes.

After completely cooling and cooling the finished cake, cover it with glaze. To make it, mix the ingredients from the list of ingredients and heat the mass well until all components are dissolved, but do not let it boil. We cool the chocolate mixture to a warm state, apply it to a cooled cake and rub it with grated white chocolate or coconut chips.
