Open pie with cherries

It would seem that it can be simpler than to prepare a classic open cherry pie: rolled a layer of finished short pastry , laid the cherries in a syrup over them, and bake, following the instructions. We'll go further and offer you two original recipes, one of which will become a cheesecake , and the other will be an analog of a classic sandy delicacy, but on a yeast basis.

Open cake with cherry from a yeast dough

Ingredients:

For the test:

For filling:

For glaze:

Preparation

We dissolve the sugar in warm milk along with the yeast, leave the latter to activate, and melt the butter and let the flour through the sieve. Add flour, butter and egg to the yeast solution, knead the dough to smoothness, and after, leave the rest for an hour and a half.

Merge the syrup from the canned cherries. In the syrup part, we grow starch, and the remainder is heated. Add the sugar and starch solution to the hot syrup, wait until it becomes thicker, and then put the cherries and infuse the kirsch.

Roll out and cut out of the test disk diameter which is sufficient to cover the bottom and walls of the selected shape. We spread on top of the filling and decorate it with patterns from the dough at your discretion: you can stop on the classical weaving with a "cage", or you can cover the stuffing with figurines.

We combine the ingredients for the glaze and cover them with an open yeast pie with a cherry before being sent to the oven. Bake a treat for half an hour at 200 degrees.

Open pie with cherries and sour cream

Ingredients:

Preparation

Roll out the short dough and lining the mold. Put the base in the oven at 200 degrees for 12 minutes to grab a blush. Themselves while we defrost the cherries and prepare an elementary simple sour cream filling for the cake, which includes sour cream itself, as well as vanilla, sugar and eggs. When the base is ready, pour it with sour cream, we spread the berries on top and return the open cake with the frozen cherry in the oven, but already cooled to 175 degrees, for half an hour.
