One of the options for such quick and easy to prepare delicacies - a cake "Minutka" - is prepared without long baking in the oven, in a frying pan, which is much faster. And, this cake can be cooked, for example, in the country house, where there is a compact gas cooker, but there is no oven.

We mix the cream with melted butter, add eggs, brandy, soda and lemon soda and sifted flour. You can knead the dough with a fork or a mixer.
