Continuing the whipping procedure, enter cottage cheese with kefir, and then soft butter. At the end of the process, sprinkle a little semolina, baking powder and whisk the mass until smooth. Leave the resulting cottage cheese dough for thirty minutes to swell the semolina.

In the meantime, rinse raisins, pour it for ten minutes with boiling water, and then drain and dry on a napkin or paper towel.

In the ripe dough we throw the prepared raisins, mix and spread the mass in a pre-oiled cake mold. Warm up the oven to 180 degrees and bake a cupcake in it for about an hour. On readiness we let it cool down, and we can serve. You can, if desired, lubricate the surface of the cake with chocolate fondant or simply jam.

Mannished cereal is mixed with yogurt and let it brew and swell for twenty minutes. Put the eggs in a dry and clean container, beat the mixer for five minutes, and then add the sugar and vanilla sugar and whisk again for the same time. Carrots are cleaned, rubbed through a small grater and squeezed juice. We need about two glasses of grated carrot.

Now connect the egg and carrot mass and mix. In kefir with a manga, pour soda, stir and pour out to the rest of the ingredients. In the next step, pour the previously sieved flour, mix, add vegetable oil and stir again. Do not whisk!

Pour the prepared dough into a silicone mold for the cake and put it in the heated oven. Bake the cake at a temperature of 180 degrees for forty to fifty minutes. Time can vary depending on the diameter of the shape and the possibilities of the oven.

The recipe for a pumpkin and cantaloupe cake with citrus flavor

In kefir, add soda, sugar and semolina, mix and leave for swelling for one hour. At the end of the time, add whipped eggs, soft butter, crushed lemon and orange peel and pumpkin puree. Pumpkin puree can be obtained as follows: pumpkin, cut in half, remove the seeds and bake in the oven for about an hour and a half. Then we scrape the pulp with a spoon and break it with a blender until it is mashed.
