For work we need to prepare the following materials:
- beads of plastic with a diameter of 12 (10 pcs.), 10 (12 pcs.), 8 (12 pcs.), and 6 mm (11 pcs.), all this we string on a strong thread;
- wax cord;
- veneer self-adhesive, which is used for making furniture;
- two rings of wire for the frame;
- a large rod with a thread;
- three pieces of copper wire (each slightly longer than the radius of a larger circle);
- all you need to connect a light bulb.
Now consider step by step the whole process of making chandeliers with your own hands.
- The frame is as follows: on the threaded rod, both rings of wire are fixed, the construction for fixing and connecting the bulbs and the ring for the ceiling hook.
- Veneer around the larger ring. To do this, you can use the glue and then fix everything with clothespins until completely dry.
- In the meantime, let's take care of the decor. From a set of beads we produce decorative pendants. Than there will be more, the denser the lampshade will turn out.
- We make a chandelier with our own hands: the end with beads of a larger size is tied to the upper ring, and the second to the lower ring.
- When the glue dries, you can proceed to the next stage of making chandeliers for the kitchen with your own hands. We wind the upper ring with a cord over the entire length. Next, decorate the bottom ring in this way, simply wind the cord, closing the wire.
- To give a finished view of the chandelier for the kitchen with your own hands, make a brush. Wrap a few turns around the cord around the hand, and then fix it with the knot on top. Cut the eyelets and get a brush. Fix it with hot glue to the chandelier.
- Now let's make the cup, which will be located directly on the ceiling and close the hook. Gradually apply glue and reel around the cord. The rod is also wound with a cord. For this work it is very convenient to use an adhesive gun.
