Recipes of festive dishes

Dishes for a festive table are different from those that we serve in our everyday menu, its non-triviality. That is why, in this selection of recipes for festive dishes, we decided to move away from stereotyped combinations and prepare original but simple meals.

The recipe for fasting a festive dish

We are used to preparing a shepherd pie with an abundance of ground beef, but in this version of the dish it will be replaced by a lenten ingredient - lentils.

Ingredients:

Mix the broth with the tomato paste and pour a mixture of lentils. Leave it to cook, while parsing crushed vegetables: leeks, carrots, stalks of celery. Add to the vegetables on a branch of rosemary and thyme, and then and passed through the press chives of garlic. Add the vegetable roast to the lentils and leave it to cook until it reaches softness. Put in the green peas at the very end of the cooking.

Boil the potatoes and chop it with the addition of a small amount of vegetable oil. Spread lentils in a mold and cover everything with a layer of potatoes. Leave the casserole in the oven for just 5 minutes until it browns.

Festive dish of fish

Ingredients:

Brown the salmon fillets in a frying pan on both sides. Dissolve the starch and mix it with the sugar. Add garnet syrup to the mixture and distribute the resulting sauce over the fish pulp. Leave the salmon in the oven at 150 degrees for 12-15 minutes.

Recipe for a festive dish of chicken

In the stupa, rub the salt with thyme sprigs and add the paprika. The resulting mixture of sodium is washed and dried carcass of the bird. Inside the carcass, put the lemon and the crushed garlic head. Divide the onion into large half rings and place the bird on top. Bake chicken at 180 degrees an hour and a half.

Recipe for a festive meat dish in the oven

Rape the beef tenderloin on the warmed butter. Dissolve the mustard with herbs balsamic vinegar until pasty consistency. The resulting paste is spread over the surface of the beef tenderloin and leave it baked at 210 degrees 15 minutes, and then another half hour at 150 degrees. The preparation of our festive dish will be completed when the temperature in the center of the piece reaches 55 degrees.

Festive salad

Ingredients:

Prepare salad dressing, mixing mayonnaise with yoghurt, cream cheese and dried garlic. Add wine vinegar to the sauce. Cut chicken into cubes and mix with cranberries and herbs. Season the salad with sauce, and sprinkle with cranberries and almond flakes before serving. Serve the salad simply or in a sandwich on a croissant.
