- egg - 8 pieces;
- sugar - 300 g;
- lemon freshly squeezed juice - 1 teaspoon;
- flour - 300 g;

- sour cream - 500 g;
- gelatin - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- water filtered - 5 tbsp. spoons;
- Strawberries - 500 g.
We divide the eggs into yolks and proteins. Then, to the last, squeeze out the lemon juice and beat it with a mixer, gradually adding sugar. Next, we introduce carefully yolks, we introduce flour and starch. Mix well with a spoon and knead the dough. The form is smeared with oil, pour the dough and level the surface. We send the cake to the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Hot biscuit cool and cut into several parts.
Strawberries are washed, dried and shredded into halves. We spread the berry in a plate, fall asleep with sugar and knead it with a fork. Now take a bowl, put sour cream, add sugar and whisk until smooth. In another bowl, soak with boiling water gelatin and when the mixture has cooled, we connect the two masses. Next, we form the cake: lay out 1 cake on a flat dish, cover with strawberry mixture and cream. We collect the whole cake in the same way and put it in the refrigerator.
Honey biscuit cake with sour cream
- sugar - 250 g;
- egg - 2 pieces;
- butter - 50 g;
- honey - 50 g;
- flour - 2 items;
- baking powder - 1 teaspoon;
- sour cream - 650 ml;
- sugar fine powder - 1 item;

In the bowl, beat the eggs and gradually pour the sugar, without stopping the whipping. Cream butter melt and cool. Combine flour with baking powder. Honey is mixed with cooled butter, add a glass of sour cream and inject the egg mass. Gradually pour in the flour and pour the dough into the mold. Bake the cake for 15 minutes, and then cool and cut the biscuit into 3 parts.

- sugar - 0,5 items;
- gelatin - 50 g.

First we need to make a biscuit dough: beat the eggs with a mixer for about 10 minutes, then gradually pour in the sugar and mix until completely dissolved. After we introduce flour with a baking powder and knead a homogeneous dough. The form for baking is covered with special paper and pour the dough. We bake a biscuit in the oven for 20 minutes, and then take it out, cool it, cut it into cakes and cover with a towel.
In the meantime, we prepare the cream: beat the sour cream with white sugar. Gelatin soak in hot water and leave for a while, so that all the crystals are dissolved. Slightly cool the mass and inject it into the sour cream. Fruits washed, cleaned and cut into pieces.
Now we start to collect the cake. We lay one cake in a split form, soak it with syrup and distribute the bananas evenly. Then we spread out the oranges, fill it with cream and remove the preform in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to freeze. After that we cover the delicacy with the second crust, spread the fruits and cover with the remaining cream.
