Pour into the resulting mixture about 1/3 of the rye flour, very quickly mix everything, spread it with a spoon and sprinkle it with flour.

We close the dishes with a lid and put it on the floor for a day in a warm place. After this time, add a little salt and pour out the remains of flour. Now we start to knead the dough - this should be done very long and carefully. After the shaking, we divide it into parts, form the loaves, cover them with a cloth and leave them in a warm place for raising and increasing in size by a factor of 2. If you bake bread from rye flour in a real village oven, then its taste will be simply unforgettable, and the baking time will be about 2-2.5 hours.
