Scherbet with nuts - recipe

Turkish sherbet with nuts

Dried fruits under running water and slightly dried. Meanwhile, we clean walnuts from shells, partitions and grind them in a blender. Then in the same way we grind and dry fruits. After that, we combine and mix nuts and dried fruits. Add honey and mix again. We spread the sherbet on the molds and put it in the refrigerator. Once the sherbet of dried fruits and nuts is frozen, it is ready for consumption.

Chocolate sherbet with nuts

Dried berries are washed and dried. In a small saucepan (not enameled) we combine sugar and milk. Chocolate is broken into pieces, and butter is cut into cubes. Pour the pan with the milk mixture into a water bath and boil it until the sugar dissolves. Then add the chocolate, butter, stir and let it boil. Cook for about 3 minutes, covering the pan with a lid. Then open the lid and cook for another 3 minutes.

After that, turn off the fire. Pour the resulting mixture into a pan filled with cold water and leave the minutes for 15. When the mass has cooled to 60 degrees, knead it with a wooden spatula until the mass becomes a matte shine. Add the previously prepared dried berries, chopped nuts and mix well.

The shape of 15x20 cm is covered with baking paper and greased with vegetable oil, pour out the chocolate mass. We level the surface with a spoon and leave the mass to solidify. After hardening, take out the chocolate sherbet with nuts from the mold, transfer it to the board and cut it into small pieces.

Milk sherbet with nuts

Ingredients:

Preparation

In a saucepan pour out the milk and pour 3 cups of sugar. On low heat boil the milk for 30 minutes. Peanut fry in a pan until golden brown. On the dry frying pan pour the rest of the sugar and make caramel. Add it to the milk syrup and cook at minimum heat for 1 hour. After that, add butter. At the bottom of the form we spread the paper for baking and pour out the peeled nuts. Pour the milk mixture and put it in the cold to freeze. Once the sherbet is frozen, you can cut it into pieces and serve it for tea.
