Prepare and serve baskets with a filling (they are tartlets) - an excellent idea for organizing a festive meal in the form of "Swedish" tables and parties with receptions. Usually baskets (or tartlets) are made from fresh, puffed or sand and even potato dough. The filling can be very different: sweet, meat, fish, salted, sharp, etc.
The baskets either just fill with filling (it can be complex, compound) or baked together with the contents. As a filling, for example, various salads or pates can be used.
Here are some recipes of baskets filled. For baking baskets you need special molds, and also a lot of desire, work and patience, so if you do not want to mess around, you can find and buy ready-made tartlets in stores.

We put the baskets on a dry, clean baking tray (you can spread it with baking paper). Bake baskets in the oven at a temperature of about 200 degrees C for about 30-40 minutes.
We take out the baking tray and put it on the stand. Quickly sprinkle the baked lump in a basket of grated cheese and decorate with leaves of greens. Cheese on the hot slightly melted, the baskets will look spectacular.
You can also sprinkle a little cheese on the bottom of each basket before filling it with minced meat, by the way, you can also add grated cheese to the stuffing. It's a matter of taste. Baskets with minced meat can be served warm or chilled.
