Lightly heat the milk, only to make it easier to dissolve coffee and sugar crystals. Separately, beat the eggs together with the melted butter. Combine the egg mixture with milk and pour in soda water. Carefully mix the liquid with flour, trying to avoid the formation of lumps. After, leave the dough to stand for half an hour and only then proceed to its frying, previously lightly oiled pancake pan.
Recipe for pancakes on mineral water with holes

- rice flour - 235 g;
- carbonated water - 475 ml;
- kefir - 115 ml.

If you want to make salted pancakes, then salt the rice flour and mix it well. Sweet pancakes can be supplemented with sugar or any other sweetener when the dough is ready. Mix the soda with kefir and pour everything to the rice flour. Mix the homogeneous dough, and then leave it for half an hour, so that the flour absorbed moisture and swelled.
