In the meantime, white bread is cut into thin strips of small size. To this procedure it was easier to cope for this purpose, it is better to take already stale breads or put fresh for a while in the freezer.

We take the schnitzel on one of the eggs, breadt it in bread straws and place it on a heated frying pan, pre-melting the butter in it and adding the vegetable oil. The fire under the frying pan should be medium so that the dish can be roasted and not burned.

On readiness we take the schnitzels on a dish and immediately serve with a favorite side dish.

Each halve of chicken breast fillet is cut into two or three parts, we beat off with a kitchen hammer between two layers of food film, season with salt and ground black pepper. In the center of the meat layer, put a little grated hard cheese and turn the schnitzel with the envelope.

Eggs beat up with the addition of salt until homogeneity, and white bread cut into thin small straws.

Now dipped generously chicken envelopes in the beaten egg, breaded in breadcrumbs and place in a frying pan of butter and vegetable oil. We hold the schnitzels on moderate heat until browning and readiness on both sides and immediately serve to the table.
