Confiture of strawberries with sugar - a recipe for the winter

First, prepare the strawberries and put in half of the sugar. Leave the berries in the fridge for the night, to extract the juice. Next, pour the rest of the sugar and cook the mixture on intense heat until lightly thickened. Leave the dishes and wait until it cools down, pour the pectin and cook for a few more minutes. Confiture pour out on sterile jars and tighten. This workpiece is stored for up to a year in the cold.

How to cook strawberry jam "Pyatiminutka"?

The washed strawberries must be cleaned and sent to the already boiling syrup in an enamel saucepan, made from water and sugar. Wait until the mass boils again, cook five minutes, remove from heat, close the lid and tightly wrap the blanket.

Cool the jam into a sterilized can and cover with lids.

Strawberries, cooked according to this recipe, do not lose the benefits of berries and preserve real taste. Keep the jam in a cool place.

Start by melting the butter. Then beat the eggs with sugar and salt. Add to the egg-sugar mass obtained cottage cheese, zest and only now pour melted butter. Break the mass with a blender, and add flour in small portions and mix.

Distribute the dough in an oily form, top the strawberries and put them in a little.

Now, wait until the cupcake is baked. To do this, pre-heat the oven to 180 and wait patiently for 40 minutes.

The recipe for strawberry dessert with gelatin and sour cream

This recipe makes small portions in beautiful kremankah or a large cake that can be cut.

In the milk, pour gelatin and wait until it swells. Strawberry rinse, remove the tails and sprinkle with sugar, so that the berries let the juice.

Whisk the sour cream with the condensed milk. As soon as gelatin swells, heat the milk to dissolve it to the end (do not boil!). When all the granules are dissolved, first cool the mixture, and then enter into sour cream with vanilla, whilst thoroughly whipping.

Now the mixture is divided into two parts, one add the strawberries and beat until homogeneous, then one by one spoon lay out in turn a pink and white mass. Each serving is put in the center of the previous one. Now the dessert needs to stay in the cold for several hours.

Cake with strawberries and whipped cream

Ingredients:

Beat up to the peaks the most chilled cream with powder. Biscuit cut into three cakes and soak each with sugar syrup, adding a little cognac. Rinse the strawberries, remove them from the tails and cut them into longitudinal pieces.

Spread each cake with whipped cream, filling the slices with berries. It remains only to decorate the finished dessert with strawberries and whipped cream from above, using a confectionery bag. Wait until the cake is soaked in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
