Grape Juice in the Juice Maker

Currently, for many people who prefer healthy eating, fresh juices from vegetables and fruits have become an integral part of the daily diet.

We will tell you how to make grape juice in a juice cooker for subsequent canning.

Sokovarka - quite convenient and fairly simple kitchen device (such as a steamer), with which you can get juices from fresh fruits (berries or vegetables). The principle of the juice machine is to heat the steam with fresh fruits and separate the juice when exposed to high temperatures. Some will say that juice from juicers is more useful. It should be understood that juicers are devices for obtaining small amounts of fresh juice. Sokovarki are more suitable for obtaining a sufficiently large amount of juice and its subsequent conservation.

Preparing grape juice in a juice cooker is not an easy matter. The preparation of the juice will take no more than 1 hour depending on the type of grapes and the degree of maturity of the berries. Throughout the process, you must carefully monitor the fact that the bottom of the device does not boil water.

A recipe for grape juice in a juice cooker

To make juice from grapes at home, carefully sort out the harvested crop. Affected, spoiled and sluggish berries are discarded, it is not necessary to cut grapes from the combs (ie, brushes), especially if it is a question of wine varieties, in which the berries have a thin skin and soft body.

Preparation

We carefully wash the clusters and put them in the upper compartment of the juice. Do not over fill the tank - the filling level should not be higher than the edge. If the sugar content of the berries is not high, and you want to slightly sweeten the juice, then add sugar (sprinkling berries) is better already at this stage.

Next, we collect the sokovarku: in the lower container we fill the water, we install the reservoir for collecting the juice from above, and then - the container with grapes and cover with a lid. Before use, the suction cup hose must always be boiled.

We put on the hose clamp, put the sokovarku on the hotplate plate and light the fire. After 40-60 minutes, you can remove the clamp from the hose and drain the juice into a previously prepared enamel container (the pan can be made of food grade stainless steel).

Now the hot grape juice is poured into sterilized, steam-heated jars and rolled up with sterilized tin lids (or tighten - depending on the type of jars). Grape juice in the juice cooker is prepared by treating the berries with steam, so it turns out to be sterile and it is not necessary to sterilize it again. In this case, you only need to quickly pour the juice on the banks and quickly roll up. Grape juice for the winter is ready! In this product, of course, less vitamins, but more pectin.

It should be noted that in the process of making juice in the juice maker, the berries will, as they say, settle. This does not mean that you need to put fresh grapes in the sovocharku. We must wait until the stored and processed portion is cooked completely. We roll the juice into cans, and we dispose of the raw materials. To prepare the next serving of juice, we again put the grapes in the upper container of the juice.

In the juice cooker, you can prepare apple-grape juice.

Grapes and apples are harmoniously combined in flavor and taste, in addition, apples contain in abundance pectin and succinic acid, as well as many other very useful substances that are not present in grapes.

The process is carried out in much the same way, only together with the grapes, apple slices (without seeds) are placed in the upper capacity of the sokovarki.

Such wonderful preparations for the winter are a great way to diversify our daily menu.
