Homemade grape juice is incredibly useful. It contains folic acid, organic acids, iron, zinc, copper, phosphorus, sodium, many vitamins - C, PP, A, B. The juice from dark grapes has a beneficial effect on brain function, on vision. And juice from light grapes is especially rich in iron, it well strengthens immunity. But at the same time there are some restrictions for the use of this delicious drink. Grape juice is very caloric, so it is not recommended to use it for people with excess weight. Also it is contraindicated for people suffering from diabetes, hypertension and stomach diseases.

First, we sort out the grapes, remove the pristine and dull berries. Good grapes cut off from the twigs is not necessary. Carefully bunch my grapes and put them in the juice container. After that, we filter it twice through gauze, folded in several layers. Heat the juice to a temperature of 60 degrees, and then let it brew for a couple of hours. After this, the juice is gently poured into another container in such a way that the whole sediment remains in the old saucepan. We put a container of juice on the fire, heat it up to a temperature of 90 degrees and pour it into sterile jars and immediately roll it up.
