  5. Dinner: a piece of bread for diabetics, 1 tbsp. natural yogurt with 1 tsp sprouts of wheat. You can also eat 50 g of low-fat cottage cheese and 120 g of mashed potatoes made from kiwi and mint.

Option number 3

There is also a 2-week diet, which allows you to lose up to 5 kg of excess weight. It is based on an alternation of 2 days.

First day

  1. Breakfast: kiwi 3 pieces, boiled egg, a slice of bread and cheese, as well as tea or coffee without sugar.
