Sprigs of fresh tarhuna washed, dried, stacked in a suitable container, we pour two-thirds of the glass of water and rub the greens with a pestle until the maximum yield of its juice. Now the grass stems are thrown away, and there we also lay the previously washed and cut into lobules lime and repeat the procedure of grinding and obtaining the juice. Next, pour the rest of the water, add the previously prepared syrup, mix and set for a couple of hours in the refrigerator.
