We take the freshest eggs, because then the yolk shell is denser and it is easier to separate from the protein. Whisk with a mixer with small sugar until white color is obtained. We introduce here the yolks mixed in a separate bowl and continue whipping until fluffy. Dark cocoa is poured into the egg mass, but we mix it with a spoon. In the same way, we add flour and at the end add lemon soda, which is quenched with lemon juice. We move the dough into a mold with Teflon coating, which we slightly lubricate with any of the fats. Chocolate biscuit is baked somewhere 45 minutes, at 180 degrees in the oven.

Sour cream is combined with chilled condensed milk, sour cream thickener and whisk the ingredients until creamy airiness is obtained. Then gently mix it with cherries (without seeds) and fried hazelnuts.

With the cooled biscuit smoothly cut the bottom of 1-1.5 centimeters, and the rest of the cake is crushed in small pieces, which we put in a bowl with cream and mix again. Then we move everything onto the cut corn and put it in the form of a pyramid. Cover the surface of the cake with melted milk chocolate.

Preparation

With sugar, we combine the eggs separated from the shell and beat them to the air state. The flour, baking powder and cocoa powder are mixed and sieved into a bowl with eggs. Blend the ingredients with a spatula and get a liquid dough, which is immediately poured into a round baking container, covered with a sheet of oiled parchment paper. We put the shape in the center of the heated oven to 185 degrees and bake a cake for cake 35 minutes. Then we take out, cool and cut the thin and even lower part of it. The remaining (main) part of the biscuit is cut large, like the shape of cubes.

Cut off the corn smeared with cream obtained from homemade sour cream, whipped with sugar.
