Orange is loved by many people not only because of the pleasant, refreshing taste, but also because of the whole storehouse of vitamins that he is rich in. Slices of this fruit, full of juice, traditionally complement the composition of not only desserts and cocktails, but also widely used for cooking hot or even cold dishes. Just about the latter and will be discussed in this article.
Salad with oranges and cheese
You can overcome spring avitaminosis with such a light, original and refreshing dish as a salad with oranges and goat cheese.
Ingredients:
- nuts (any) - 1/3 of a century;
- orange - 2 pieces;
- ready-made salad mixture - 250 g;
- shallot onion - 2 pieces;
- olive oil - 5 tbsp. spoons;
- Balsamic vinegar - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- goat cheese - 80 g;
- salt, sugar, pepper - to taste.
Preparation
Nuts are slightly crushed with a rolling pin or hammer, first putting them in a plastic bag and covering them with a towel. Orange is peeled from the peel and white pulp, we remove the films and divide the juicy part into large segments.
In a deep bowl, lay a salad mixture (you can buy it in a supermarket, or make it yourself, mixing the leaves of watercress, arugula, chicory, etc.), slices of orange and thin rings of a pre-cut chalice.
In a smaller bowl, make a dressing from olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar, add 1 tablespoon of orange juice, all whisk and pour it our salad. At this stage, everything is neatly mixed, sprinkled with nuts, pieces of goat cheese and served to the table.
Crab salad with oranges
Ingredients:
- crab sticks - 20 g;
- canned corn - 200 g;
- orange - 2 pieces;
- eggs - 4 pieces;
- mayonnaise - ½ st.
Preparation
In the salad cubes cut crab sticks and orange, the latter previously cleaned of films. Eggs boil hard, and later cut into cubes. Mix the prepared ingredients with canned corn and fill it with mayonnaise. You can serve salad in the crusts of half an orange, decorating with fresh vegetables and herbs.
Salad with oranges and salmon puff
Ingredients:
- salted salmon - 200 g;
- eggs - 3 pieces;
- orange - 1 piece;
- olives - 7 pieces;
- cheese hard - 40 g;
- red caviar - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- mayonnaise - for refueling.
Preparation
Eggs and cook from the moment of boiling for 10 minutes, divide yolks from proteins and grind them separately. We clean the oranges from the peel and films and divide into small pieces. Salmon cut into cubes, olives - circles, and hard cheese three on a large grater. Lay out the salad layers in the following order: half of the proteins + tablespoon of mayonnaise, yolks + tablespoon of mayonnaise, half of the whole salmon, circles of olives, then again the remaining salmon, cheese + mayonnaise, oranges, remaining proteins, caviar. Formed salad can be additionally decorated with quail eggs and slices of olives.
Salad with orange and onions
Ingredients:
- lettuce 200 g;
- orange - 1 piece;
- red onions - 1 pc .;
- cherry tomatoes - 6 pcs .;
- grains of pomegranate - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- olive oil - 4 tbsp. spoons;
- vinegar - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- salt, pepper - to taste.
Preparation
Lettuce my and spread it on a plate, first tearing his hands into large pieces. We clean the orange from the films and peel and lay it on the salad cushion, covering it with the finest rings of red onions. We decorate the dish with sliced cherry, pomegranate seeds and pour with dressing from vinegar, butter and spices. Salad of oranges and onions will suit any garnish or simply a toast with olive oil.
Salad with oranges and mushrooms
Ingredients:
- tuna canned - 100 g;
- champignons - 100 g;
- radish - 2 pieces;
- green onions - 2 feathers;
- orange juice with pulp - ¼ of a century;
- black pepper - pinch.
Preparation
Small champignons are cleaned and cut into 4 parts. We divide the pieces of tuna with a fork, and cut the radish with thin plates. Mix all the ingredients, and fill up with orange juice with a high content of pulp. Ready salad season with ground pepper and decorate with chopped onions. Bon Appetit!
