Another way of making lies with whole berries, which we did not mention at the beginning of the article, involves the preparation of a syrup from one kind of fruit, and then adding to it tender raspberries, which are prepared for a minimum amount of time. In the recipe below, the basis for the jam will be a peach.

Berries pour 140 g of sugar and leave the juice. Peel the skin of the peaches crosswise, dip into boiling water and remove it. From the pulp, remove the stone, cut into large cubes and fork rub with the remaining sugar so that in the future jam there were whole pieces of peach. Put the peach mashed potatoes on the fire and leave to thicken together with the cut vanilla pod and bay with lemon juice.

Drain the juice from the berries and put it to evaporate in another container until thick. Mix the syrup with peach jam, then add the berries. How much to cook jam from raspberries now depends on the size and density of the berries themselves, but as a rule, the bar in 5-7 minutes is best not to overstay, otherwise it will affect the consistency of berry jam.
