Preparation
Homemade kefir pour into a bowl, pour in the flour with salt and knead the dough. Potatoes are peeled, cut into pieces, poured salted hot water and boil until cooked. Cheese rubbed on a small grater, garlic is cleaned and let through the press. With the ready potatoes drain the water, mash it in a mash, add cheese, chopped garlic, spices and stir the filling. The dough is divided into small pieces and we form from each small cake. We spread the filling from above, fasten the edges and gently roll each piece with a rolling pin into a thin flat cake. Ingredients:
- potatoes - 8 pcs .;
- spice;
- butter melted - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- milk - 0,5 items;
- Butter - 2 tbsp. spoons.
For the test:
- water - 1 item;
- sugar - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- egg - 2 pieces;
- salt;
- butter - 100 g;
- flour.
Preparation
To make an unleavened dough, pour water into the bowl, add sugar, eggs, salt and butter. Potatoes are washed, cleaned and boiled in salted water until cooked. Then knead it in a thin puree, adding a little melted butter and diluting with hot milk. The bulb is cleaned, washed and finely shredded. In a frying pan, warm the butter and passeruem on it luchok to transparency. Now shift the roast with the butter into the mashed potatoes , mix well and lightly cool. We divide the dough into small pieces weighing about 50 grams, roll each into a thin flat cake and bake in a hot dry frying pan to a crusted crust on both sides. After that, half a hot cake flatten the mashed potatoes, bend the cakes in half, covering the top with the second half. We lighten the prepared dish with a creamy oil, sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve it to the table.

- water - 0.5;
- salt - pinch.
For filling:
- potatoes - 3 pcs .;
- vegetable oil;
- ground spoon - 0,5 tsp;
- grated ginger - 1 teaspoon;
- Ground turmeric - 0,5 tsp.
- lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- crushed cilantro - 2 tbsp. spoons.
Preparation
In a bowl, mix two kinds of flour, add cream butter, pour water and mix a smooth dough. We boil the potatoes "in uniform", clean and with a fork. In the frying pan pour the oil, fry ginger, cumin, pepper, turmeric, pour the lemon juice, and then add the potatoes and leaves of coriander. We shift the filling to the plate and cool it. From the dough that comes up, we form 10 balls, roll each very thinly, grease with melted butter, put the filling in the center and tie the edges well. Now with a rolling pin roll out flat cakes with potatoes and fry in a frying pan on both sides.

Bake the dish in the oven at 200 degrees until cooked.
