Salad with anchovies and capers
Ingredients:
- fillet of anchovy in oil - 400 g;
- egg quail - 6 pieces;
- capers large - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- fresh cucumber - 1 pc .;
- lettuce leaves - 1 bunch;
- sugar - pinch;
- salt is small - pinch;
- sauce tabasco - 3 drops;
- lemon juice - to taste;
- olive oil - to taste.
Preparation
Leaves of fresh lettuce rinse, shake and rip into small pieces. Quail eggs boiled, poured cold water, cleaned from the shell and cut in half. Cucumber is washed, shredded in circles, and lemon juice is combined with olive oil, sauce and spices. Now put the salad leaves in a bowl, add all the prepared ingredients, anchovies, water the dressing and mix it gently. We put the ready salad on a dish and serve it to the table.
Recipe for Caesar salad with anchovies
Ingredients:
- lettuce leaves - 100 g;
- canned anchovies - 10 pcs .;
- Chicken egg - 2 pcs .;
- Parmesan cheese - 50 g;
- loaf - 0,5 pieces;
- lemon - to taste;
- Dijon mustard - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- olive oil - for refueling;
- spice.
Preparation
At the loaf we cut the crust, crush the crumb into small pieces, put it on a baking tray, sprinkle it with oil and bake it in the oven until golden. Eggs boil hard-boiled in a bucket, cool, clean and extract the yolks. Parmesan rubbed on a large griddle, and squeezed juice from the lemon. Now rub garlic with black pepper and anchovies, add mustard , egg yolks and lemon juice. We beat the sauce with a whisk, gradually pouring olive oil. Lettuce leaves are washed, dried, hand-clipped, dressed with sauce and mixed. We lay croutons on top, decorate with anchovies and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Ingredients:
- fresh champignons - 4 pcs .;
- sun-dried tomatoes - 4 pcs .;
- cheese of hard varieties - 30 g;
- garlic - 1 clove;
- fillet of anchovy - 1 pc .;
- olive oil - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- spice.
Preparation
Champignons are processed, sliced and fried until golden brown. Sun-dried tomatoes shredded strips. Garlic clean, grind with anchovies in a mortar, season with spices and dilute with oil.
