So, we clean the currant, remove all the garbage and wash it. In a saucepan pour fresh water, boil it, pour sugar and mix well. When all the crystals are dissolved, we throw the berries and weak them for a few minutes. After that we pour it over clean cans, roll up the lids and leave to cool, turning the bottoms up and covering them with a warm rug.

Red and black ripe currant well sorted, washed and discarded in a colander. This time, cook the syrup: pour the sugar into the boiling water and, stirring, prepare for 5 minutes. Prepared berries are laid out on clean jars, add a few slices of orange in each and fill the contents with hot syrup. After that, cover everything with lids and sterilize the compote for 15 minutes in boiling water. Then roll up the drink, turn the lids down, wrap it around something warm and leave it to cool.

Cover the jars with lids and leave to stand for 10 minutes. After that, drain the water back into the pan, pour in the sugar and cook the syrup 10 minutes until the crystals dissolve completely. Fill jars with berries ready syrup and hermetically roll. After this, carefully turn the workpiece upside down, tightly wrap it with a warm blanket and leave it to cool in this state.
