Pork is washed and carefully dipped with a paper towel. Remove the film and cut the thin ends - they will go to make sauce. We cut 10 medallions across the fibers. Spread the pork on a hot dry frying pan (preferably with a non-stick coating) and fry until a ruddy crust, literally a couple of minutes on each side. Then we transfer the medallions to the foil-covered baking sheet and send it to the oven heated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes. And in the pan add oil and fry finely chopped onions and chopped mushrooms. When the liquid separated during the quenching is slightly evaporated, a thin trickle is poured in cream, salt, pepper and then under the closed lid for another 10 minutes. Ready medallions lay out on plates, remove foil and pour creamy mushroom sauce.

Pork medallions with pineapple
