This recipe for cooking baked in the oven is similar to cooking pork pork. To begin with, the meat slice is washed, dried, crammed with peeled and sliced ​​garlic and rubbed on all sides with salt, two kinds of pepper, ground coriander and fragrant Italian herbs. Pork can be taken any. For those who love fare dishes, the ideal option is a neck or shoulder blade, and to get a more lean dish, it is better to take a tenderloin or carbonate, cutting off the existing fat.

Cut the meat into cubes with the size of the side about three centimeters and brown them in a strong heat in a frying pan with red-hot sunflower oil on all sides, without pouring.

Potatoes, carrots and bulbs are cleaned and cut into cups up to five millimeters thick. Onions are then disassembled on rings. Butter and hard cheese are crushed with small cubes.
