Let's start cooking with cheese chips . Bacon fry until crispy crust and mix with 1/2 cup cheese and flour. We cover the baking tray with parchment and put the finished mixture on it, dividing it into 4 separate piles. For filling, mix anchovies, garlic, lemon juice and butter, passed through the press. In the finished dressing, add a bit of Worcestershire sauce and 3 tablespoons of cheese.

We cut tomatoes, salad with hands, mix vegetables with chicken and fill it with dressing. On top of the salad, crumble cheese chips. We adorn Caesar with a rucola and immediately serve it to the table.

To simplify cooking, you can safely replace the cheese chips with pieces of white bread fried in oil with garlic and Provencal herbs.
