Pink salmon is a valuable commercial fish from the family of Salmonids. Like other salmonids, pink salmon is very useful, it contains many substances necessary for the human body: vitamins (A, E, B group, etc.), trace elements and fatty acids.

You can cook pink salmon in a variety of ways, but it is preferable to choose the simplest recipes, since pink salmon is not only super-useful, but also a delicacy product with a distinctly pronounced taste and tender appetizing hue.

For example, you can bake pink salmon in a foil. To do this, it is best to choose fresh or fresh-frozen fish weighing from 600 g to 1.3 kg, to fit in the oven as a whole (bigger fish should be prepared in separate pieces).

We'll clean fish from scales, gut, remove gills and carefully rinse with cold water. You can cook with your head or separate it (for cooking soup).

Mix a little salt and red ground pepper (or paprika), add a little of the remaining spices and rub this mixture of fish inside and out. In the abdomen, we plant greens and lobes of lemon. We spread the pink salmon, prepared in this way, on a sheet of foil. The foil should be wet or oiled (grease). We pack the fish and wait 20 minutes - let it melt slightly. Bake in the oven for about 20-30 minutes (depending on the size and device of a particular oven) at a temperature of about 180 degrees C. If you want the fish to have a golden crust, interrupt the process in the middle and half turn the foil, and then bake until done.

In exactly the same way, you can bake pink salmon in a foil on the grill. There should be no open fire - only heat. We use a grate or a special two-sided latticed device for baking fish (this is very convenient). We bake with a flip so that in the process the bird is evenly baked on both sides.

Before serving, sprinkle the fish with lemon juice. Serve the roasted pink salad with green sprouts, with fresh cucumbers, tomatoes, sweet pepper, with vegetable salads, asparagus, fresh fruit. As a side dish, you can serve boiled rice , potatoes, and young beans. Wine should be chosen white, and preferably pink. You can also serve dark beer, gin, vodka, berry tinctures.

Approximately the same way (see above), you can bake pink salmon with young potatoes and sweet peppers. Potatoes must choose young (it is baked in time approximately the same as fish). Most of all, small potatoes are better than an oblong form. In this version, do not put in the abdomen of the fish lobes of lemon, but only greens.

Next to the fish lay the potatoes, cut into thin long slices and sweet pepper, cut into strips. You can also add the broccoli cut into crochets, chopped white leeks (or shallots), slices of zucchini and / or nutmeg. Baking time - not less than 30 minutes. If you cook in the air, you can wrap pink salmon with vegetables in 2 layers of foil and bake in hot fine wood ash.
