Noodle soup recipe with egg
Ingredients:
- chicken broth - 1 l;
- water - 1 1/2 items;
- soy sauce - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- garlic - 3 cloves;
- grated ginger - 1 teaspoon;
- rice noodles - 120 g;
- starch - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- eggs - 2 pieces;
- boiled chicken meat - 350 g;
- green onions.
Preparation
To prepare soup with egg and noodles, the broth is mixed with water and brought to a boil. Add ginger, garlic, soy sauce and cook all together for 10 minutes. Garlic cloves are removed and put into a broth of noodles. Cook the noodles for 4 minutes.
Starch is bred in 2 tablespoons of water and added to the ready-made soup to make it thicker. Beat eggs with a fork and pour into a saucepan, stirring constantly its contents. Before serving, chicken soup with noodles and eggs sprinkled with chopped onions.
Noodles with cheese and egg
Ingredients:
- egg noodles / spaghetti - 250 g;
- olive oil - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- bacon - 3 slices;
- grated Parmesan - 3/4 of the item;
- eggs - 2 pieces;
- salt pepper.
Preparation
Noodles are boiled in salted water. Meanwhile, fry the pieces of bacon in a frying pan. Spread the noodles in a frying pan with the melted fat and mix, adding a couple of tablespoons of liquid in which noodles were cooked. Fill noodles with egg whites, mix and sprinkle with cheese, after which we mix again. Spread the paste on a plate, sprinkle with fried bacon and put on top of the raw egg yolk.
Rice noodles with egg
Ingredients:
- rice noodles - 250 g;
- vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. spoons;
- eggs - 4 pieces;
- salt pepper;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- bok choy - 2 heads;
- green onions - 2 feathers;
- chili - to taste;
- soy sauce - 2-3 tsp.
Preparation
Noodles are cooked according to the instructions on the package. Whisk eggs with 1/2 teaspoon of salt. In a frying pan warm up 2 tbsp. spoon the butter and fry eggs on it, stirring constantly with a fork during cooking. We transfer ready-made eggs to a plate, wipe the frying pan and fill it with a new portion of oil. This time, we fry the greens for 2-3 minutes. If you can not find a side you can replace it with Peking cabbage. In the last 30 seconds of cooking on a frying pan, send chopped green onions and garlic. Mix the contents of the frying pan with egg and noodles, water the dish with soy sauce.
