Then we spread mushroom mass with onions, again mayonnaise and finish with pickled cucumbers and grated cucumbers.

Leave the salad for several hours to soak, and then decorate with branches of fresh greens and we can serve.

Recipe for crab salad with pickled mushrooms

The first thing we do is rinse the rice croup, fill it with water and boil it until it is ready. Do not forget to drink water. Then pour the finished rice into a colander and let it drain off. We also boil eggs for ten minutes after boiling, and then immerse it in ice water for a minute, and afterwards we clean and cut into cubes or rub it on a large grater. Meanwhile, get rid of the film and cut the crab sticks with marinated chopsticks, marinated champignons shredded plates or quarters, depending on the size, leaving a few pieces to decorate the salad. Stem of green onion is washed, dried and cut into oblique feathers.

In the salad bowl we connect crab sticks, cooled rice, eggs, mushrooms, onion feathers, season with mayonnaise, add salt and ground pepper and gently mix. We spread the salad on a dish, decorate with mushroom plates, onions with onions and twigs of fresh greens, and serve it to the table.
