Recipe for nests with fish on a loaf
Perhaps the simplest and most affordable recipe for fish baskets will be a recipe with the use of a loaf as a basis.
Ingredients:
- fish fillets (pike perch, walleye pollock, pink salmon) - 600 g;
- loaf (roundish) - 1 piece;
- onions - 2 pcs .;
- hard cheese - 150 g;
- salt, pepper - to taste;
- milk - 400 ml;
- mayonnaise;
- greens - for decoration.
Preparation
